Registration Guidelines & Publication Information

  • You may pay the registration fee after your paper has been accepted.
  • October 30, 2026 is the final date for payment of the participation fee.
  • The bank receipt description must include the participant’s “Full Name and Paper Code”.
  • Please send the payment receipt to academicianstudies@gmail.com.
  • The participation fee for each paper is 100 USD / 100 EUR.
  • The participation fee for participants from Türkiye is 4,000 TRY.
  • The participation fee for Academic Studies Group members is 3,000 TRY.
  • All abstracts will be published in the congress abstract book. Publication opportunities are available in SCOPUS, TR Dizin, and international journals.
  • An application to Web of Science was planned; this does not mean that indexing has been secured.
