Congress fee

After your paper is accepted, you can pay the registration fee.
May 5, 2025, is the final day for payment of the participation fee.
The participant “Name-Surname & Notification Code” information should be included in the explanation part of the bank receipt.

It is $100/€100 for each paper.
It is 3000 TL for participants from Turkey.
It is 2000 TL for members of the Academic Studies group.
The Certificate of Participation can be downloaded from the system after the presentation.
All abstracts will be published in the conference abstract book, and there are opportunities for publication in SCOPUS, TRDizin, and international journals.
Our congress is designed to be indexed in WoS. All processes will be conducted accordingly, and an application will be submitted to WoS.
